Methods of Payment: We accept cash, cheque & e-transfer payments (credit card payments not currently accepted)

Deposits: For in house pet sitting visits for more than 3 days, VPC requires a 50% deposit upfront

Cancellations: VPC requires 24 hours notice for cancellations of pre-arranged bookings

Refunds: VPC has a no refund policy, where a client has booked in for a in house pet sitting for more than 7 days where a deposit has been made. VPC may however at their discretion apply the deposit as a credit for a future booking for up to 90 days from when the initial booking was made.

Vaccinations: VPC requires all dogs to be current with their vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella and DHPP)
